All our products are shipped from the United States. We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Depending on your location, you will receive your order between 3 - 7 days

Once your return is received and inspected by DR.HC Cosmetics, you'll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
